About Me

Luana Hairstylist, Priestess, Holder of Feminine Beauty Rituals

I’ve always believed that beauty is more internal than external, it is expressed from the inside out. It’s something we come home to… a soft returning to ourselves.

My journey with hair began as a teenager, having my first job working as saturday girl. back then i would see the women walk out of the salon transformed, standing a little taller, smiling a little wider. Even then, I knew there was something magical about the ritual of being cared for.

After becoming a mother and stepping into a new season of my life, hairdressing called me back — not just as a job, but as a craft.
A devotion.
A way to create beauty with my hands.

And then life took me somewhere deeper.

When I lost my parents at a young age, spirituality became the thread that held me together.
Through grief, I found the feminine face of the divine — the Great Mother, the earth, the waters, the quiet strength of softness.

This path eventually led me to Glastonbury, the ancient Isle of Avalon, where I stepped onto the priestess path.
Here, everything made sense.
Here, I remembered myself.

The training, the land, the lineage…
it all awakened something I had always known:

Beauty is a form of devotion

Hair holds energy And a woman deserves to feel honoured when she is being witnessed

For a long time, I felt split — hairstylist in one world, priestess in another.
Until the day I realised they were never meant to be separate.

I didn’t need to choose.

I could create ritual through hair.
I could weave ceremony into beauty.
I could offer women a space where the outer and inner meet.

And so Avalon Hair Rituals was born — a sanctuary where women can soften, breathe, and be held in the way they’ve always deserved.

Today, my work blends:

If you’re longing for a different kind of salon experience

I welcome you to Avalon Hair Rituals studio where your ritual awaits!

What People Say

I didn’t just get photos — I received a transformation. Sofia M.

From the moment I stepped into the ritual space, I felt deeply held. The styling was so soft and intentional, and the photoshoot felt like a ceremony for my soul. I saw myself with new eyes — softer, wiser, more powerful. This experience awakened something in me I didn’t even realise I needed.

I felt beautiful in a way that felt real… not performed. Emma Rose

I’ve never enjoyed being in front of the camera, but Akara guided me so gently that I forgot about the lens completely. It felt like being witnessed by the land itself. When I received my photos, I cried — they captured both my tenderness and my strength.

A rite of passage into the woman I’m becoming. Hannah L.

I booked this for my birthday, but it became a rebirth. The ritual with Luana was like entering another realm — grounding, nurturing, feminine. The photoshoot afterwards flowed so naturally. I walked away feeling claimed, confident, and connected to myself in a way I’ve longed for.
